Our Baking Instructor, Ms Dhar.Shiny, had been in this home baking industry for more than 20 years. Her knowledge and baking skills ranges from sponge cakes, Cheezecake, fondant cakes, cupcakes, Muffins to soft and hard breads. She is also very well versed in Macarons and now even have honed the skills of doing animated Macarons and Animated Cupcakes.
And not to mention her specialty in Decorating Cakes where she have great skills in creating frostings, creating Fondant, modeling many types of fondant animated fiqures and various professional Piping Decoration Techniques to researching and creating her own recipes.
She have completed the following certificates during her course of her baking career:

2. BCCA SINGAPORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY CLASS IF THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT ENROLMENTS TO MEET THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, IN WHICH CASE THE PARTICIPANT WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT THE CHANGE IN DATE OR RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
3. BCCA SINGAPORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY CLASS FOR WHATSOEVER REASON THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE DISCLOSED TO THE PARTICIPANT DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, IN WHICH CASE THE PARTICIPANT WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT THE CHANGE IN DATE OR RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
4. RECIPES AND MENUS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGES, BASED ON SEASONAL VARIETY AND MARKET AVAILIBILITY.
5. THE PARTIPANT IS ADVISED THAT BCCA SINGAPORE CLASSES AND RECIPES ARE NOT HALAL CERTIFIED.
6. CANCELLATION OF CLASSES MUST BE MADE MORE THEN 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF CLASS. A REPLACEMENT PARTICIPANT IS ALLOWED, AND MUST PRODUCED PROOF OF BOOKING.
7. IN THE EVENT THAT A CLASS HAS TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS NOT MET, A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN VIA THE SAME MEANS AS PAYMENT MADE.
