2016 Christmas Fondant Making & Cake Decoration for Beginners

When it comes to putting together a really impressive Christmas Fondant cake, the wow factor lies in the sleek and impressive "Fondant" decorations. We called in Chef D.Shiny, our 2015 festive cake icing champion, for a Coaching lesson in "Christmas cake making and Fondant Creation", (100% Individual Hands On) the good news is you don’t need to be sculpturally gifted to create a fondant cake that looks this impressive. With this powerful fundamental techniques and skills that you here acquired will propel you to greater and advance level! The Class Course Fee includes printed recipes, ingredients to be used and required packaging.

Teaching method: Demonstration and 100% hands-on; you will learn how to make and create your own Fondant icing. You will also learn how to mix, bake, set and decorate your Christmas Fondant Cake individually.

~ Learn how to make homemade fondant, Buttercream and Icing.

~ Learn how to frost the 1 tier cake using your own made butter cream.

~ Learn the proper technique to roll fondant and cover the cake.

~ Learn to cover the board with fondant.

~ Learn how to pipe various shapes/design on the cake using Royal icing.

~ Learn how to make and design fondant shapes and leaves and using these to decorate your Christmas Cakes.
