I have been searching and trying out many sweet bun recipes, but none could come close to the soft and fluffy bread bun I'm looking for. Finally, after numerous trials, this is the closest and best so far. It is soft and fluffy, with mayonnaise and floss! This recipe uses the sponge and dough method, which is supposed to yield a much softer bread (Which is true). However, you have to allow more time for the sponge to do its work.
